The reimbursement for visitors now uses an online system.  Please consult Ellen Tomori.

• Following are the two options for non-employees:

1. The DocuSign system remains available for non-employee travel purchases. This has been the preferable option so far.
2. NEW Online booking tool: Department staff (Ellen) can be given “guest” access to book for non-employees.
