In this talk, we will recall the definition and basic properties of Zhou weights, Zhou valuations and Tian functions. As applications, we will introduce the results on the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of valuative interpolations. This talk is based on a series of works by Shijie Bao, Qi'an Guan, Zhitong Mi, and Zheng Yuan.
