Abstract: This is the third of a series of talks outlining Naber-Valtorta's paper "Volume estimates on the critical sets of solutions to elliptic PDEs". We first show lower bounds for the critical radius of approximate spherical harmonics with a codimension two symmetry. We then combine the tools developed so far with a covering argument to prove bounds on the quantitative nodal and singular sets of harmonic functions.
