 : #000000; text-align: left;">Abstract:&nbsp;</strong>This is the third of 
 a series of talks outlining Naber-Valtorta's paper "Volume estimates on the
  critical sets of solutions to elliptic PDEs". We first show lower bounds f
 or the critical radius of approximate spherical harmonics with a codimensio
 n two symmetry. We then combine the tools developed so far with a covering 
 argument to prove bounds on the quantitative nodal and singular sets of har
 monic functions.</p>
