Research

Advisor: Steve Ferry
I study geometric group theory. My current research involves Thompson's Group F, group amenability, and CAT(0) groups and their boudaries.

Papers:
Uniformly Finite Homology and Thompson's Group F: A paper studying the geometry of Thompson's Group F using the "Ponzi Schemes" of Block-Weinberger. It was recently published in Algebraic and Geometric Topology.
Erratic Boundary Images of CAT(0) geodesics under G-equivariant maps: A paper about boundary behavior of CAT(0) groups.
A draft of my thesis, which combines the results of the above two papers and throws in a little more.
