Topological invariants of real algebraic actions
(joint work with Karlheinz Dovermann and Dong Youp Suh)
We study the question whether a compact K-manifold where K is a
compact Lie group can be equivariantly realized as the zero set of
real polynomials in finite dimensional representation of K
(equivariant Nash conjecture). Partial answers are given.
