| Title: | Banach Tarski Paradox |
| Abstract: | Banach-Tarski Paradox states that a solid ball (in R^3) can be "cut" into
finitely many pieces, which can then be reassembled to form two copies of
the original ball. In the talk, we will try to sketch a proof of this
paradox. The proof is quite elementary and elegant, however relies heavily
on the Axiom of Choice.
