Continuation of Mathematics of Life Contingent Risk Models I. Policy values, multiple state models, pension mathematics, effect of interest rate risk, emerging costs of traditional life insurance. Covers part of the syllabus for Exam MLC of the Society of Actuaries.
Prerequisite: 01:640:486. Grade of C or better required in prerequisite course. Credit not given for this course and 01:640:478.
